Outcomes: participants will: - know more about how effective provision influences identification of AG&T pupils, and vice-versa, in the context of excellent teaching, stretch, challenge and opportunity for all; - understand more about how to provide for A G&T pupils in the everyday timetable (and beyond it) to ensure high quality learning and teaching; - review your practice, celebrate what is already taking place and plan next steps to raise expectations, aspirations and standards of achievement, leadership & management for all.

Impact measures through everyday practice seen through, for example, Learning Walks, Performance Management processes, Student Voice, NACE Challenge Award, and others. Measurable outcomes include raised pupil independence, motivation, aspiration, higher order questioning and thinking, increased levels of attainment, etc
Follow-up activities and support

Follow-up activities include: in-school 'action research'; micro-teaching; F2F and online learning networks; school inter-visitations; collaborative learning & leadership; online forum; etc
Details

Inputs and interactive, practical workshops, supported by resources online and by publications.

This course can be run as a whole-day event or two half-days with 'acton research' in between, or as a series of twilights over (for example) two terms, with 'action research' in between each session.
