Description Outstanding Careers is able to offer consultancy services to enable your staff to deliver excellent, targeted careers learning and interventions to suit your requirements. These tasks can take inexperienced staff many hours to complete but are services that Outstanding Careers can provide guided experiential training for. We can ensure that these tasks are completed to the highest standard in a cost effective and professional way, whilst ensuring your staff have effective CPD to continue the improvements that have been put into place. We also have bespoke services available if requested,

How users/participants can evaluate success

Evaluation of specific activities in data format can be problematic and often improvement cannot be directly attributed to specific activities.  However, there is overwhelming evidence that effective integrated careers provision contributes to improved results, engagement and destination data.

Annecdotal and pupil/parental regard of provision can be measured through various channels including community cohesion, parental and pupil satisfaction surveys etc.

Follow-up activities and support

Outstanding Careers offers a range of bespoke activities so no set follow up activities can be detailed. However, there is a flexible retainer based follow up package available to schools who wish to continue improvement of staff knowledge and succession planning.
