Learning outcomes for participants/users and, where relevant, pupils or students

A  CPD programme designed to support the development of primary school teachers within the second and third years of their careers and address specific needs in a series of four targetted sessions

Evidence underpinning this approach

All our courses are delivered by experts in their field, who are researches, trainers and classroom practitioners. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a high quality research informed, learning centred training experience.

How users/participants can evaluate success

All sessions start with a 'baggage check in' a chance to evaluate, review and discuss challenges and progress as a group since the previous session.

Follow-up activities and support

A dedicated Brookes Virtual page (on-line learning) will be established, providing a resource area and an on-line forum for participants
