Details This workshop introduces a self-assement tool to establish the effectiveness of classroom practice and effective development of the workforce to facilitate planning. It investigates the importance of having a coordinated classroom approach; considers case studies; introduces resources and guidance on how best to deploy classroom-based support staff; looks at how you determine areas and priorities of support.
