|Impact on practice||
This training was crucial for us to train our large number of support staff and teachers new to KS1, and has enabled us to provide top quality phonics provision across the school. It enabled us to design, with Raj's help, a first-class phonics programme for our new school, including identifying children requiring further support or extra input. Staff are now confident teachers using the Letters and Sounds, and children are making good progress.
|Quality of teaching||
All information was carefully tailored to the needs of our new school and our staff, due to careful planning by GES after a telephone consultation. Presentation and training was very professional and high-quality. GES are very happy to provide follow-up support to the training to ensure our needs have been met and to discuss new ideas and implementation.
Venue, catering, facilities/accomodation and booking
Booking was easy. Training was on school premises. GES happily worked around our new school's busy training schedule to ensure we could include as many of our staff as possible.
