Description This half day course is designed to equip middle leaders and those with responsibilities for working with communities and parents to positively engage BME communities and parents. Drawing on experiences of working with schools and communities, we will share interesting and relevant cultural knowledge that impact teaching and learning. The course will also help to provide guidelines towards meeting relevant aspects of Ofsted inspections.
