Description Food safety is a legal requirement for anyone working with or handling food. In schools in particular young pupils are vulnerable to foodborne diseases and food poisoning which can be fatel. This course whilst leading to the industry standard level 2 qualification, foacuses on the safe management of practical food activities in the classroom.
Duration One full day.
