The course has had an impact on my own professional practice as it has given me the tools and techniques to teach using the appropriate language. The course achieved its learning outcomes and it was good to practise some recipes during the session. The recipes are fantastic. and very easy to use.

The course provided me with tips and tricks. The practical activities were very useful and it was good to put theory into practice.
Venue, catering, facilities/accomodation and booking
The venue was very good. All the staff were very welcoming and the lunch provided was excellent.
