Learning outcomes for participants/users and, where relevant, pupils or students

There is so much more to teaching nowadays than just standing in front of a class and delivering your subject.  Exciting students about your subject or an aspect of learning is crucial in motivating them and bringing the learning to life.  Teachers are professional voice users and it is essential that they are able to communicate effectively. Research has shown that an ineffective voice can produce disaffection amongst sections of pupils.
