|Description||You will have learned and achieved a lot in the first few months of your new job, but you might also have reached a point where you feel you have used up all of your best ideas, or recognise the need to boost your knowledge and experience of certain key areas of the curriculum. This course gives you the chance to reflect on your experiences so far with other teachers in a similar position, while also developing your subject knowledge and the stock of teaching strategies that you have at your disposal. Deliberately placed towards the end of the term, when you are most likely to benefit from some fresh ideas, you will leave with a wide range of resources that can be put to immediate use|

Teaching challenging literature at KS3 and KS4.
