This is a relatively recent, but emerging, position in schools which still suffers from some uncertainty of purpose. This course will help delegates clarify their thinking on the scope and purpose of the role, establish success criteria and build a stimulating rugby programme across a school. It also looks at the importance of the Director as an ambassador for the game in the school.
