Day 1: Getting Started. This introductory day will explore some key ideas underpinning approaches to developing outstanding behaviour for learning and addresses how t establish outstanding behaviour.
Day 2: Supporting Pupils with BESD. This introductory day will explore key principles in supporting pupils with BESD through establishing fair and constructive relationships as well as recognising the importance of having high expectations of pupils and the commitment to helping them fulfil their potential.
Delegates can book one or both courses as required.

Both courses are held at the Teaching School in Dilkes Academy, Garron Lane, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 5JQ with the trainer Mandy Anderson of ABC Behaviour Ltd
