Description Session 3 Impact The third and final session will allow participants to share with one another their early findings from their bottom-up project for school improvement and identify the highs and lows of the process. In this session Keven will be able to support you with any questions you have about his approach to school improvement, both specifically in relation to your work over the year and more generally. 1. The potential limitations of a bottom-up approach to school leadership and how to manage these. In what situations may a top-down approach be more beneficial? 2. How is the bottom-up approach working for you? Sharing and discussing what has been most successful in your school-based project this year. 3. How is the bottom-up approach not working for you? Sharing and discussing what has been least successful in your school-based project this year. 4. What current or future barriers do you face in your bottom-up project? Opportunity to ask questions of the group about issues on which you would like advice or guidance.
