Description This is a brand new online training course. This CPD course will show you how creating a culture of learning amongst the staff in your school is essential if you want to evolve within education. The educational landscape is changing so fast, that as teachers we must continue to learn and grow. This course, specifically aimed at middle and senior leaders, aims to provide you with the tools and practical strategies to generate a culture of learning in either a single department, faculty, or across the whole school. This course is ideal for middle leaders looking to move into a senior leadership role within teaching and learning, or senior leaders looking for fresh ideas on improving teaching and learning at their school. Delegates will gain knowledge and understanding and will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session. Course Content.
