Fe has spent 20 years working in the education sector as a teacher, EYFS and KS1 manager, museum education officer, researcher, writer, governor and trainer. She has over ten years of experience developing and delivering CPD courses, both in-person and online. As part of the Literacy Matters team, she currently runs courses on both outstanding and creative practice in the early years. Fe has also written for a range of educational publications and websites, including The Key, Hamilton Trust, TES, Scholastics and School Explained.
