This interactive seminar focuses on how leaders in educational institutions can use and control data as powerful ways to raise organisational performance. It will provide delegates with
• A greater understanding of the data available to them
• The strategies for effectively utilising information from various sources to judge progress against development plans
• Give practical examples of how data can highlight areas for continual improvement and intervention and how to turn these into positive actions

With a focus on areas such as RAISEonline, school data dashboard, evidence based Ofsted inspection preparation and data driven organisational change, the seminar will give delegates a chance to develop their understanding, look at practical application with peers and hear from and ask questions of experts in the field.
