• Explore creativity in its broadest sense, including children’s creative thinking, actions and creations from across the ages
• Give an understanding of how children learn and develop naturally as divergent thinkers
• Explore what creativity looks like and what types of resources, environments and support are best for fostering creativity
• Give an understanding of the adults role in fostering or blocking creativity and divergent thinking
• Allow you to experience a range of techniques for nurturing creative thinking in young children, older children and adults
• Explore opportunities for embedding and celebrating creativity across all areas of the EYFS as well as in KS1 and 2
• Reflect upon how well their setting currently supports children’s creative thinking and actions and identify possible improvements to policy, practice and environments
