Description Whilst lesson observations are well embedded as part of the performance management cycle of most schools, pupil lesson observations are a very powerful tool that are massively underutilised. Pupils can tell you more about how to teach engaging lessons than Ofsted could ever hope to. They can also develop key skills and exercise student voice by being part of the observation process. This course runs through all the practical aspects of developing a system of pupil lesson observations and how to embed these into departmental and whole school improvement.
