|Description||A key issue within schools today is the performance management and appraisal of the headteacher. It’s a key aspect of a governing body’s role, yet there is little evidence as to how, in practice, this activity is conducted and the impact it has on school performance. Ensuring that headteachers' appraisal supports school improvement and their performance is managed effectively is the focus of this workshop.|
