This course is run by Larraine Cooper who works with senior and middle management to develop a range of business performance management and costing skills to support the delivery of quality services over a medium-term timeframe. She has worked with HE institutions, FE colleges, schools and local authorities. She works with schools through the NAHT financial courses and on a 1:1 consultancy basis, focusing entirely on finance and business aspects of school management serving educational outcomes by resourcing School Development Plan priorities.
