This course whilst leading to the industry standard level 2 qualification, foacuses on the safe management of practical food activities in the classroom.

Stated learning outcomes for this course Participants will have a practical understanding of food safety, be able to carry out risk assessments and implement controls. The opportunity also exists to achieve the Level 2 qualification in food safety.
