|Description||Many schools have recently bought iPads and are getting to grips with training staff, managing the devices and using them to support learning.There are many technical and pedagogical challenges to introducing iPads; how to evaluate the learning potential of particular apps, how to plan classroom use, how to project onto an interactive whiteboard, how to organise the purchase of apps under Apple's new Volume Purchasing Agreement, how to charge devices and how to share only a few iPads across a whole school to have maximum impact. This training session will provide colleagues with an opportunity to explore the potential of iPads as powerful educational devices within the Primary setting.|
