|Description||'Happy to be Me' is a 6 session programme aimed at KS1 & KS2 children who may be experiencing low self-esteem, lack of confidence, attachment problems and /or feel insecure.|

'Happy to be Me' is a 6 session (ideally one 50 minute session per week over six weeks) progressive workshop programme to help children of ages 6 to 11 to develop self-esteem, emotional wellbeing and friendship skills through group exercises, craft activities, games and interactive exercises.

Full evaluation tools are explained on the training which includes Pre & Post Programme questionaires, childrens feedback and also a selection guidance tools.
|Follow-up activities and support||
Free telephone & email backup support to the programme is available Monday to Friday and by prior arrangement on Saturday and Sundays.
The training is a one day event from 9.30am to 3.30pm. It is a fully interactive, hands on learning experience where the exercises from the programme are demonstrated in a relaxed classroom style situation.

Once training the group leader can deliver the programme as many times as the school requires. Please see the school prospectus link later in the email for full details.
The resources and techniques from the programme can also be used outside of the programme too and the training will fully explain this too.

The training costs £295.00 + Vat per person and this includes the full programme resource pack (everything you need to run the programme in the school). The resource pack alone would cost £148.72 + Vat if the items were all purchased individually. That makes the investment in the training skills just over £146 + Vat per delegate.
Additional places for any person who already has access to a resource pack is £215.00 + Vat
