Description Delegates will leave this course with a sophisticated understanding of why pupils behave badly at times, and what they can do when it happens. They will be given clear advice on managing the frenetic environment that exists in many Cover lessons. I will explain how brains learn most effectively and how they can use this knowledge to maximise learning; whatever the subject or content.
