Description Delegates, at the end of the course, should understand the background of Homer, his poetry and society. This will also be linked to the Greek theatre. The course will seek to investigate the origins of the Greek theatre and its context in 5th C society. For both elements of this course, the relationship of the poet and society will be a crucial element
