Evidence underpinning this approach

"These conferences are excellent because real life experiences are shared across different types of schools and I can adapt their ideas to work for us. It's a great place to have professional dialogue with people who have IRIS Connect in common."

Lisa Middleton, Assistant Headteacher
Feltham Hill Junior School

How users/participants can evaluate success

Users can evaluate their success by asking themselves the following three questions:

  • Has usage of IRIS Connect increased?
  • Are more people talking about teaching?
  • Are more people sharing practice?
