The laws policeman can assassinate the game, frustrate the spectators and spoil the occasion.  This course shows how empathy, communication and materiality can combine to apply law in a sensitive manner and create a more enjoyable occasion for all involved.  Dealing with players, parents and coaches with confidence and credibility enables the teacher referee to increase his own enjoyment of the match occasion
