Participants will look at outstanding lesson observations and consider what can go wrong and strategies to prevent problems; focus on what outstanding looks like; look at the features of outstanding lessons and what Ofsted will expect to see; consider how to differentiate learning outcomes and think about strategies and techniques for incorporating active Assessment for Learning in lessons.
