Contract: partipants will delve into key areas such as offer and acceptance; Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; mistake; misrepresentation and exemption clauses. Tort: partipants will delve into key areas such as negligence leading to physical loss; negligence leading to psychiatric loss; consumer protection; vicarious liability and occupier's liability.
