Description Train to lead the UFA's 3 day Lead Learner programme for young people (aged 11+) enabling them to gain the skills and confidence to set up, run and evaluate mainstream and extra-curricular learning activities for other young people. Lead Learners are responsible for all aspects of setting up, facilitating and evaluating the activity. The younger students who participate in these learning activities are often inspired to take on leadership roles themselves. This could also be a great opportunity to begin some JPD with other colleagues. We also offer in school direct training for students.
