The course has three Outcomes - The first Outcome analyses the differences between management and leadership and examines the principles and processes of management. It also examines the role of vision and goals. The second Outcome deals with different approaches to leadership and their use in different situations. It also looks at the difficulties, challenges and conflicts which may face the manager. The third Outcome considers the role of the team and effective team leadership.
