|Description||One of the conclusions from looking at the leadership of change is that it is becoming more imperative to equip people for coping with change and uncertainty, and that building trust and confidence at all levels is essential. It is also important that when critical conversations are required leaders feel equipped to conduct them.|

|Details||Course provided for ATL by Pivotal Education; trainer Darrell Williams who has over 20 years teaching in large, inner-city secondary schools. During that time he has been a head of department, Pastoral Leader and SENCo. Darrell is licensed by the National College of Leadership to facilitate Middle Leadership Development Programmes.|
