Description | Literacy provision in schools is currently high profile, both nationally and locally, as schools develop implementation of the new English curriculum. This course aims to identify core principles and approaches that need to underpin whole school teaching of literacy. During the session you will have the opportunity to reflect upon your own school context and will be supported in evaluating your progress and identifying next steps for development. You will then be able to use this to help make informed decisions about strengthening and prioritising whole school approaches explored during the day. |
