Description This course is suitable for those who wish to take on, or already have a strategic leadership role in developing workplace policies, and preparing for Ofsted. Through lecture and discussion, effective management strategies for the drama/performing arts department are examined with emphasis placed on self-organisation, team building, management and successful delegation. Links will be made to Ofsted criteria and requirements at all key stages, including A Level.
