Description By attending the course you will become more confident in dealing with colleagues and students, especially the ‘awkward’ ones and those that need your support. You will be able to identify your ‘time wasters’ and hence be more effective and efficient in terms of saving time by knowing how to handle those time wasters, be it people, paper or pressure. You will learn how to avoid colluding with time wasting psychological games. You will find the courage to address the ‘difficult’ person and resolve unspoken anguish. The course will offer you the opportunity to find out what your ‘drivers and motivators’ are. Also the book that you will receive’ will contain many psychological questionnaires that you can use in the future with pupils, partners or peers.
