|Description||In order to move into Departmental Management ambitious young teachers will need to show that they are able to effectively organise and manage their time, their tasks and other people. This course will provide opportunities for you to consider effective management styles, strategies and leadership qualities. We will look at the organisation and development planning for the successful leadership of a PE Department and consider the current issues surrounding the leadership and management of a dynamic and successful PE department.|
