Description Professional development is especially key for those leading computing, as the technology moves rapidly and this an area of constant curriculum change. The computing subject leader updates run twice a year and are held locally in a school. They are designed specifically to support those involved in computing in the primary phase and provide input on ideas and thinking as well as hands-on experience using new and important resources. This update will focus on recent developments in computing including some exciting new resources (iPad/tablet and Windows-based). There will be a special focus on programming concepts. We will as usual be looking at the latest eSafety guidance.
