The 2008 Ofsted report, Learning Outside the Classroom: How Far Should You Go? commented that “learning outside the classroom is a tried and tested method of organised schooling ... when planned and implemented well (it) contributed significantly to raising standards and increasing pupils’ personal, social and emotional development.”

|Follow-up activities and support||
The course is followed up by links to a variery of maths lesson ideas, using the outdoors.
The course is collaborative and active - you will be sharing practice with colleagues and we will be heading outdoors, no matter the weather.
The course can be delivered as a half or full day by one of our own staff or our network of LTL Accredited Professionals.
