|Description||This one-year programme combines face-to-face support in school, online learning, and face-to-face CPD courses to offer a blended learning approach to professional development. The aim of the programme is to support and develop participants to become an excellent Music Coordinator, regardless of their current level of experience. Each participant will be assigned a mentor who will visit them once a term in school to offer support and advice and (where requested) observe them in the classroom. Participants will also be entitled to attend three MES one day CPD courses during the year (to be booked in advance), and will have access to a range of e-learning resources during the year, as well as ongoing support from their mentor via email & skype.|
