What is the purpose?
•To understand the meaning of the ‘spiritual’
•To support teachers in the delivery of the spiritual in school
•To offer practical ideas on events that will promote the spiritual
•To reflect on delivery of ‘faith week’ in a local Primary School and discuss findings and experiences
•To examine and explore examples of relevant classroom activities

What does it involve?
The training will be led by Simon Bennett, curriculum leader for RS who holds 20 years experience in running a successful RS department and working with KS1, 2, 3 & 4.
Simon is a member of SACRE and works closely with schools to deliver relevant RS CPD and outreach.
Sessions will offer relevant material and expertise. The workshop will be held in a purpose built and comfortable adult learning environment equipped with the latest technology.
