Having successfully conducted several hundred Headteacher/Principal reviews since 2000, Phil Silvester CBE is an ideal choice for the important role of External Adviser in special schools. He regularly works with special schools in the south of the UK, providing bespoke challenge and support as an experienced Consultant/SIP.|

Phil is available to perform addirttional school-based support, leadership development or offer a range of additional training services.
Termly school visits with additional on-line support and video-conferencing via skype or Facetime, as required. Performance review arrangements for Headteachers/.Principals/CEOs usually take place in the autumn term, each year.
