Evidence underpinning this approach

Our training is based on our Path to Success methodology, developed by our Head of Education, David Maytham, which is centered on talk-led, active and collaborative approaches to learning. Our methodology is grounded in the latest primary educational research from influential theorists such as Piaget, Dienes, Vygotsky, Skemp and Bruner. The Path to Success methodology promotes practical, fun and acheivable teaching methods and makes our first-hand experience of current teaching of real children in the primary classroom accessible to all.

Our methods have been actively used in the classroom and have been found to have a significant effect on the teaching of reading and children’s progress. We have received outstanding feedback, with 97% of people attending our training rating it as excellent.
