Description You will learn skills and knowledge that help young people develop skills that improve mental wellbeing. This training is for practitioners who work with young people 13+. During this interactive half-day training you will learn the underpinning principals of our evidence based approach to apply them in your current practice with young people or families.

Evidence underpinning this approach

You will be introduced to and experience our ground breaking approach to positive psychology coaching, which includes theories and models drawn from positive psychology, emotional literacy and mental health promotion.  

Resulting in training that helps with early intervention and prevention of mental health problems for teenagers. You will be left with an action plan on how to embed these skills in your work or organisation.

How we evaluate success is through the ripple effect of the use of skills applied. On average delegates have said they work with 55 young people that this training can positively impact.

Impact reports and action plans can be provided on the use of skills and how to implement them in your organisation.
