|Follow-up activities and support||
Top up workshops are available at discounts for schools who have already completed the school swimming workshop.
This course can run in house during training days or can be used as a twilight session. Small numbers are encouraged to maximise the content but we are happy to deliver to whole schools at a time. Each participant receives the "What to do" swimming guide which was written solely for the purpose of helping teachers teach swimming lessons on the learn to swim school programme. This guide contains 100% original material with a system of progression where front crawl can be taught to beginners using only four steps. It's really easy to use, and the course is expertly presented.
Our motto is "teaching, not ticking boxes". School members of staff, after participating on this workshop will have the confidence and knowledge to know what to do when asked to take a group of pupils swimming.
