Description A course for primary and secondary senior leaders.This course will enable you to: • Complete your Behaviour and Safety self evaluation with confidence • Plan appropriate action to drive improvement • Establish responsibility and accountability at every level in your school • Share experiences, ideas and plans with other senior leaders During the day you will take part in: • Activities that unpick key elements of the framework • An interactive whole-group presentation • Focused discussions with colleagues from other schools • Planning time, to identify key priorities and actions On the day, you will receive: • Self review materials for senior leaders that make the Ofsted criteria easy to absorb • Self review materials for staff and pupils that support a whole school approach • Various other resources that you can use to lead discussion, action and further CPD with colleagues in your school.
