Target audience
Primary and secondary SENCOs and other middle / senior leaders with strategic responsibility for SEN

• To understand the changes to the national SEN system
• To consider practical implications of the national changes to SEN for your own school.

The day will be a mixture of presentation, discussion, case study examples and some practical activities.

About the Facilitator
Natalie is an Independent Education Consultant, specialising in school improvement, outstanding teaching and SEN. She delivers a wide range of professional development packages for primary and secondary teachers, senior leaders and teaching assistants.  
Natalie has previously worked for the National Strategies SEN Team and has been a local authority Adviser for SEN and School Improvement, a primary Headteacher and a SENCO. Natalie is the author of The Perfect SENCO, an essential read for those wanting to develop their strategic SEN role effectively.
