The course will:

  • examine the findings from research
  • explore ways in which mainstream schools can develop policy and practice to improve the outcomes of pupils with SENDs
  • consider best practice and provide opportunities for participants to share effective practice
  • address the development of whole school policies
  • discuss performance management arrangements for Teaching Assistants

Participants will be equipped to undertake a review of current practice in their school and identify key improvement developments.
