Drawing on the science of emotions and the latest research on optimism and hope, the course will give you an in-depth understanding of the core components and key skills necessary for promoting emotional fitness, combating stress, and facilitating growth and psychological wellbeing.
This course will teach you the key competencies for resilience including self-awareness, self-regulation, problem solving, and optimistic thinking. You will learn how to identify strengths in yourself and others and how these strengths can be used to overcome challenges and bring about success. We will also be examining how to strengthen relationships, providing you with the practical tools to build relationships and improve positive communication.
