In this training I’ll give you the tools and techniques to make learning resources for a wide audience, who’ll enjoy their learning journey with you.
We’ll kick off with designing course materials to engage your participants from start to finish. So if you need to provide CPD within your own organisation, this will be easy to do after completing Day 1.
If you are a freelance trainer, using my training formula will gain you lots of positive responses from your attendees. This in turn creates the desire of those participants to recommend you to others, and also to use you again and again. Day 2 concentrates on marketing your courses to as many of your potential attendees as possible.
So when you’ve just got to the point of finalising your outline, and need to put together the whole package, this day is for you. On Day 1 we will
** produce a full structure of the training, with session titles and timings
** create interactive and engaging resources to get you through a half day or full day training programme, using my formula.
** explore how you can convert your training into a home study programme (and I’ll give you all my tips as to how to do this at a low cost).
By the end of the day you will take away your actual resources with you.
** I’ll bring printers and a laminator, card, paper etc
** We’ll make resources
On Day 2 we’ll look at:
** ways in which you can market your courses for free (or on a small budget)
** best advice for social media marketing – free and paid
** opt in to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn – mini-coaching is provided to maximise these
** an outline of your ideal sales letter
** Set up Mailchimp for email marketing
** Create your marketing pillars
By the end of day 2 you will have at least 4 marketing pillars ready to go!

As the founder of a training organisation which has been running programmes for teachers and support staff since 2010, the experience and knowledge of the trainer provides the recognised potential impact for the attendees.
|How users/participants can evaluate success||
Although 'confidence' and 'sellability' aren't measureable outcomes, this training will provide all the necessary information for individuals to create and run their own courses. It will transform their approaches and improve the experience for those who attend their training.
|Follow-up activities and support||
Attendees will be given some mentoring time as a follow up to the training, with a view to potential collaborations in the future.
The course speaker is the founder of a training organisation, working, living and breathing the life and will share all the tricks and strategies needed for individuals to do the same.
