|Description||Translation is a CPD session on teaching across the senses and how to communicate effectively. Teaching across the senses is fundamental in creating an inclusive education. Teaching is currently taught from an auditory angle. This is why even though everyone is different, the classes across the world represent the same patterns. The small group of higher achievers, the majority who are the average and the under achievers in class. Knock on effect? Many feel unintelligent, underachieve, misbehave and the SEN register extends. Everyone is intelligent, just in different ways. "Human resources are like natural resources, they're often buried deep, you have to go looking for them, you have to create the circumstances where they show themselves." - Sir Ken Robinson The ability to communicate to different types of learners is key to teaching. This course is great to up skill teachers and broaden senior managements assessment of staff.|

Communication is the foundation for everything.
Your internal dialogue governs your decisions, therefore governs your life! to be aware of your inner voice gives you control of the now and the future. Your internal dialogue is the narrator to your feelings. The more aware you become, the more appreciation you have for others. Teaching is communication based, every goal is designed to get your point (learning objective) across.
Yourself and a colleague can teach using the same content, yet have different outcomes. Why? What you say, choice of words, where you place your emphasis in your sentence, how you refer to the class, facial feedback, body positioning and more.
